Utter garbage
The other reviewer is obviously linked to the film considering they have only one review and its for this piece of dren. Unwatchable, pointless, no direction. It's like something that was pieced together off a failing "Art" students trash can..
ART in capital letters
What fun I've passed! Now I know that experimental film can be fun. "Gallino" is an avant-garde but always jovial and entertaining film. Complex and sometimes profound, but funny. Innovative but classic at the same time. It combines narration and mockumentary, fantasy and reflection, jokes and revelations, the erotic and the grotesque. This film mixes lots of different genres with elegance. It is colorful, dizzying, it contains surprising dialogues, hundreds of cultural references and many pretty (and dirty) girls. It is a bold, daring, almost insolent film, full of suggestive ideas. It is normal that an Atanes' film has to be seen more than once. Two or three times, to enjoy it fully. But "Gallino" deserves to be seen for at least five or six times. I will do. It is, truly, an exhibition of film and conceptual flair and virtuosity.
