Abraham teaches how to spot thoughts of a higher nature and asks us to feel the difference. If it feels good or better than where you currently are, focus there. Look for relief, then look again. I got SO much more than I paid for with this funny, raw, powerful, FORCE OF NATURE DVD set!! I had a down point near the beginning of watching this, which I'm excited to tell you about, because of what came out of that! There are such wonderful, lovely, intelligent people asking such smart and HELPFUL questions that will help ANYONE who watches this! Esther looks more beautiful than ever, pure LOVE and BEAUTY just shines out of her! I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for every single person in the "hot seat" and their courage and DESIRE and clarity- EACH answer helped me tremendously!
